Nomads Juniors is our flagship youth rugby program, dedicated to cultivating the next generation of Nomads and growing Filipino youth participation in rugby by providing access to structured rugby training for young athletes from partner schools and communities where financial and logistical barriers are high.

Through this program, we inspire a passion for rugby in a supportive and inclusive environment and instill values founded in Integrity, Passion, Solidarity, Discipline, and Respect. Our goal is to shape well-rounded individuals who will contribute to the sport and positively impact their communities.

Under the guidance of our select coaches, we aim to provide the best training and development opportunities for our young athletes in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where they can develop their rugby skills, build character, and foster a love for the community, ensuring they reach their full potential in rugby and life.
