Nomads Youth Rugby Program

The Nomads Youth Rugby Program (NYRP) is a development program of the Manila Nomads Rugby Club that seeks to promote and grow the sport of rugby in targeted communities while also establishing linkages among community partners. Among its activities is to conduct Touch Rugby Clinics to partner communities. These clinics are run based on a structured Touch Rugby curriculum.

The community-based youth program is a sub-component of the NYRP that is specifically designed for young people in communities faced with higher participation barriers. The program also aims to support the development of the Club’s talented home-grown and grassroots athletes towards their journey in the National Rugby Team of the Philippines.

Here’s a list of things to bring to the clinics:

  • Identification card
  • Vaccination card
  • Comfortable clothes for sports
  • Water bottle/jug
  • Change of clothes
  • Waiver and consent forms
  • Energy and enthusiasm!

Please sign and read the waiver regarding accidents and COVID-19 before coming to the clinics.
